When visitors leave comments on the site, we collect the data displayed in the comment form and also the visitor's IP address and browser user agent string to help detect spam.

Cookies
If you leave a comment on our page, you can choose to save your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so you don't have to fill in your information again when you leave another comment. These cookies last for one year.
If you visit our login page, we set a temporary cookie to determine whether your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser.
When you log in, we also create several cookies to store your login information and your screen display choices. Login cookies last for two days and screen settings cookies last for one year. If you select "Remember me", your login will continue for two weeks. If you log out of your account, login cookies are removed.
If you edit or publish an article, an additional cookie is stored in your browser. This cookie contains no personal data and simply indicates the post ID of the article you have just edited. It expires after 1 day.
Embedded content from other websites
Articles on this site may include embedded content (eg videos, images, articles, etc.). Embedded content from other websites behaves exactly as if the visitor had visited the other website.
These sites may collect data about you, use cookies, integrate additional third-party tracking, and monitor your interaction with the embedded content, including tracking your interaction with the embedded content if you have an account and are logged in to this site.
Who we share your data with
If you request a password reset, your IP address will be included in the email reset.
We use e.g. Klarna as provider of our checkout. This means that we may transfer your personal data in the form of contact and order information to Klarna when the checkout is loaded, so that Klarna can manage your purchase. Your personal data is transferred and processed in accordance with Klarna's own privacy statement.
How long we store your data
If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
For users who register on our site (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can view, edit or delete their personal information at any time (except that they cannot change their username). Site administrators can also view and edit this information.
What rights do you have over your data
If you have an account on this site or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including the data you have provided to us. You can also request that we delete personal information we hold about you. This does not include any data that we are required to retain for administrative, legal or security purposes.
Where do we send your data to?
Visitors' comments can be checked through an automatic tracking service.
