Trade terms:

1. GENERAL INFORMATION

These terms and conditions apply when you order goods on TINTOK.dk, all agreements are concluded in Danish.

When you have placed an order you will receive an order confirmation of your purchase via e-mail, we recommend that you save this document.

You always have the right to cancel your purchase within 30 days from the time you received your goods, which is detailed in the "Returns" section.

Furthermore, your purchase is covered by the Norwegian Purchase Act's defect rules, which you can read more about in the section "Complaints"

We treat your personal data confidentially. Please read our Personal Data Policy here, which tells about,

how we use the information you give us in connection with the ordering procedure and your use of the website in general.

2. ORDER

Placing an order via our website is not a legally binding agreement. TINTOK therefore has the option to cancel your order as a result of printing errors, payment errors, technical problems, delivery failure, price errors, oversold goods or the like. A binding order confirmation/invoice will only be sent to you once we have dispatched the goods you ordered. When you have placed an order via our website, our system will automatically send you an e-mail from which it appears which goods you have ordered. It is only an electronic receipt for receipt of your order. You must be aware that the automatic response (via e-mail) is not a legally binding order confirmation whereby an agreement has been concluded. If you do not receive the e-mail stating which goods you have ordered - we have not received your order. The agreement is only binding when you have received an e-mail from TINTOK with information that we have dispatched the item.

You can only order via the TINTOK.dk webshop, we do not process orders per telephone, e-mail or per letter.

3. PAYMENT METHODS

You can pay with Dankort, Visa, MobilePay, Visa Electron and MasterCard, EuroCard.

We also use Klarna as the provider of our checkout. This means that we may transfer your personal data in the form of contact and order information to Klarna when the checkout is loaded, so that Klarna can manage your purchase. Your personal data that is transferred is processed in accordance with Klarna's own privacy policy. "

Your payment will only be deducted from the selected payment method when your goods leave our warehouse.

Payment by credit card

You can safely use your payment card with us. Our payment system is PCI certified via our payment acquirer. There is no card fee when paying by credit card.

If you pay by card, you will be asked to enter your personal card details.

Two-factor authentication for purchases on TINTOK.dk

In order to increase the security of online purchases, the EU has decided that ALL online stores must introduce two-factor authentication. When a payment must be approved with two security factors, it provides even greater security and identification - for online payments. In this way, it is made more difficult for IT criminals to abuse the card.

How far in advance is money reserved on my card?

If you shop with a debit card on TINTOK.dk (Visa Debit or Mastercard), upon completion of the order, an amount will be reserved on your card, corresponding to the total of your order. Once your order has been packed, the money will be deducted from your card, canceling the reservation.

If your order is canceled or products are removed from your order before the money is withdrawn, the reservation will remain on your card for 30 days before being deleted - unless otherwise agreed with your bank.

Save payment information

When you shop at TINTOK.dk and are logged in, you have the option to save your card details in encrypted form and thus make payment easier in the future. (However, it still requires that you enter the 3 check digits on the back of your payment card with each purchase). This is chosen in connection with the payment itself.

If you regret saved card information, you can contact our customer service at any time, and we can help you delete these.

Payment with MobilePay

At TINTOK.dk you can use MobilePay as a payment method. Please note that you must have activated online shopping in your MobilePay app in order to use MobilePay.

4. PRICES AND DELIVERY

On TINTOK.dk, all the listed prices for goods, shipping costs and other costs include taxes, VAT and charges.

Delivery conditions

Goods ordered on TINTOK.dk are only delivered to addresses in Denmark. Time of delivery may vary and will be informed separately here

We deliver to private addresses, business addresses or BRING Drop-off points/GLS PakkeShops/PostNord Nærbokse. A receipt must be given for the goods upon receipt/collection. The receipt is made by yourself or other persons at the delivery address with binding effect for you. Please note that you bear the risk of the item after delivery.

Before you acknowledge receipt of the package, it is a good idea to check the package's packaging. If the package's packaging is damaged, we recommend that you refuse to accept the package. You can now create a complaint to the shipping company/delivery point/parcel shop and/or contact our customer service and they can help you.

If the contents of the package are damaged, please also contact our customer service.

If you wish to complain about any errors and omissions, you must inform us of this. Read more under the section "Complaint".

Shipment

When you shop at TINTOK.dk, you can freely choose to have your goods delivered with either BRING, GLS or PostNord. All goods are sent as parcel post and you therefore have the option to follow your package via track & trace from the time it is sent until it is delivered. See more info and your shipping options here.

In the event that the selected ParcelShop/delivery location is full, your order will be delivered to the nearest ParcelShop/delivery location.

5. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

If you wish to return an item, you have 30 days right of withdrawal from the day you receive the item. If you regret your purchase, you must pay for the return yourself.

Please note that you must return the product within 30 days from the day you have notified that you have regretted your purchase.

It is important that the item is returned with tags and in the same condition as when you received it, in order to receive a full refund of your purchase amount. You must notify us within 30 days of receipt that you wish to cancel your purchase. The notification must be given by writing to info@tintok.dk In your notification, you must make us clearly aware that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal.

You cannot undo it by simply refusing to receive the item without clearly notifying us of this at the same time.

Refund

We always return your money to the same payment method with which you paid for your goods. The money will be refunded no later than 14 days from the day we received your notice of cancellation.

We can withhold the amount until we have received the goods back or you have sent proof of dispatch of the goods - whichever occurs first.

The condition of the item when you send it back, here you are only liable for any deterioration in the value of the item which is due to handling other than what is necessary to determine the nature of the item, its properties and the way it functions.

In other words; ” you can try the product in the same way as if you tried it in a physical store. If the item has been tried on in addition to what is described above, we consider it as used, which means that if you cancel the purchase, you will only get a part or none of the purchase amount back, depending on the item's commercial value. In order to receive the entire purchase amount back, you must therefore do the same as you can in a physical store.

You may test the product, but not actually use it.

You pay yourself for the shipping costs in connection with the return of the goods.

Note: You are responsible for any damage that may occur during transport. (Your claim for a refund does not include any fees for using a credit card or other means of payment).

Likewise, you are not entitled to reimbursement of delivery costs if you partially cancel your purchase.

This is how you do it

1. Pack the returned goods securely. You can advantageously use the shipping bag in which you receive your goods. With this option, we save you from having to invest in expensive return packaging - to the benefit of both you and the environment.

2. Hand in the return package at your nearest BRING/PostNord Delivery locations/GLS PakkeShops – as soon as possible and at the latest within 30 days.

Please note that you are responsible for the package/goods until we receive them. Therefore, keep the receipt for delivery and any track & trace number. Note! We do not accept packages sent by cash on delivery.

Promotional items

Please note that the Free Product campaign does not apply to additional orders. Should you be unlucky enough that your Free product is broken, it is covered by the right of complaint and the product will be returned in the normal way*.

If the complaint is approved, we will replace your product with a new equivalent product. However, should the item be sold out, you will be contacted for compensation.

6. COMPLAINTS AND WRONGLY DELIVERED GOODS

At TINTOK, quality is the focus, but if, contrary to expectations, you should experience errors or defects in a product, your purchase is covered by the Purchase Act, including the defect rules, and you have a 24-month right of complaint on all products.

You must advertise within a "reasonable" time after you have discovered any shortage of the product. We recommend that you advertise as soon as possible.

Although we at TINTOK have made a great effort to indicate colors and qualities as accurately as possible, computer colors and screen resolutions may vary. Minor color deviations are therefore not considered to be a defect within the meaning of the Swedish Purchase Act.

This is how you do it

If an item is damaged or defective, you can make a complaint. Please note that you can contact us directly via our contact customer service at info@tintok.dk and a description of the error on the item.

Please note that you are responsible for the package/goods until we receive them. Therefore, save the postal receipt as well as any track & trace number. Please note that we do not receive packages sent by cash on delivery.

Wrongly delivered goods

If you experience receiving a wrong item, you simply send the item back to us, and we will send you a new item free of charge. If the item is sold out, we will return the full amount to you.

In the event of wrongly delivered goods, the return shipment is of course also free of charge for you, and you simply follow the same procedure as for a return.

Transfer

We are entitled to transfer our rights and obligations under the agreement concluded with you to a third party. The transfer assumes that the standard of the service you receive does not deteriorate. We will notify you of any transfer. By accepting these Terms, you consent to any such future transfer.

Access to complaints

If you want to complain about your purchase, you must contact our customer service, see "Contact customer service" or info@tintok.dk

If we do not manage to find a solution together, you can file a complaint with the Center for Complaint Resolution,
Nævnenes Hus, Toldboden 2, 8800 Viborg.

You can complain to the Center for Complaint Resolution via the Complaint Portal for Nævnenes Hus.

The EU Commission's online complaints portal can also be used when submitting a complaint. This is particularly relevant if you are a consumer residing in another EU country.

Choice of law and venue

Any agreement entered into between us using these terms and conditions is governed by Danish law.

Any dispute is decided by the ordinary Danish courts.
