Complaint
TINTOK provides a 2-year right of complaint in accordance with the Purchase Act, covering manufacturing and material defects that are detected during normal use of the product. The right of complaint does not cover faults, damage or wear and tear, directly or indirectly caused by incorrect operation, poor maintenance, violence or unauthorized interventions. Complaints about faults and defects which should be discovered by usual examination of the goods must be notified to TINTOK within a reasonable time. The item can subsequently be returned for repair, exchange or, by agreement, if necessary. crediting. In connection with complaint cases, TINTOK bears return costs to a reasonable extent, please contact customer service.
Right of return
When returning a purchase, you must bear all costs yourself. This means that you must purchase the shipping/return label yourself for the return. Labels for this can be purchased online or where you usually pick up/send your parcels.
If you do not collect your parcel and it is sent back to us from the parcel shop/delivery company, you must pay for the return yourself. We deduct the shipping costs from the amount before we pay your receivables for the purchase.

When returning, you should ensure: That the goods are securely wrapped. You are responsible for the package/goods yourself until we receive them. Therefore, keep the shipping receipt as well as any track and trace number. You must pay the costs yourself when returning the item when you regret it.
Important: We expect you to send the goods as soon as possible after you have given notice of cancellation, and you must send them back no later than 30 days after you have received the goods from us.
Note! We do not accept packages sent by cash on delivery or parcels without distribution.
Documentation for your purchase: You must attach a copy of the order confirmation or other documentation for your purchase, this will facilitate the handling.
Refund: When we receive the item, we check it and you will be refunded the amount you paid to us at the time of purchase. The amount is always transferred to the same means of payment with which you paid for the purchase. For example, if you have paid by card, the purchase amount will be refunded to the payment card you used for the purchase.

NOTE: You may lose your purchase amount, in whole or in part. This happens if the item's value has deteriorated because you have actually used the item, it has been damaged while you were responsible for it.
